Our contract had come to an end, even though we had repeatedly requested the settlement amount from the rental company that financed our switchboard system, we were never informed about the cancellation letter requirement. Due to not sending a cancellation letter we were billed for a further year. We thought this was quite unreasonable. Thankfully, the team at SA Telecoms, Radley, Nishtha, and Renalta stepped in and worked tirelessly to resolve the issue. Their dedication and support throughout the process were truly appreciated. I genuinely think SA Telecom's support is really brilliant. I got assistance from Demika . She was patient with diagnising the issue with our Landline and she manage to set up our router remotley so that the landline can recieve calls and make calls. Plus our call log history is working as well. She's got Brilliant customer service skills.
